Brigalow Apple Cider kit - Yeast info needed.

Probably relates to people in Australia more...
As part of my cheap apple shine endeavour I'm trying a new recipe.
At this point it's not needed to give the recipe (but I will anyway later) but I DO need info on the yeast provided with the Brigalow Apple Cider kit.
The kit is the same as all I guess but I boosted the sugar to do a single run. It has yeast nutrients provided. The label on the yeast just says "brewing yeast".
I'm more concerned with its alcohol tolerance. I put too much sugar in, basically.
If the yeast dies early I have bakers yeast but it will be stressed. I have Sn9 but they package it with a tiny bit of nutrients.
Anyone have any insight on the tolerance of kit yeasts?
Quality is not important, I have other means of obtaining such.
Recipe went as follows;
Dissolved 4kg of sugar in water and put it in fermenter.
Added 3 litres of reconstituted apple juice.
Added the cider kit.
Filled with water to 23L.
SG of 1.09! Whoops!
Added a quarter of a multi vitamin, a level teaspoon of wine nutrient (DAP) and the packaged yeast nutrient from the kit.
Gave it a stir, decided it was cool enough and pitched the kit yeast.
I like dirty apple shine.
SN9 at the ready.
