I am nuking 2 sliced apples in 500ml of 120 proof uj. After i'm done nukin i thought about putting some of the liquor and all apples in the blender. Then top it off with apple juice, some brown sugar, a pinch of nutmeg, and a cinnamon stick. What do yall think? Should i blend the apples or not?

Good advice, on another forum I answered your question stating that using a blender on your apples then adding them will bring more sediments into your drink and harder to clear through filtering. After saying that I do a lot of experimenting in 2 quart mason jars and use a juicer to blend various fruits. My experience is the taste is there but the presentation is sometimes cloudy. It's whats important to you and your the only one that you need to make happy!

Well the blender was a bad idea, but thats what this hobby is all about. I filtered the apple out cause it really didn't help the taste. Im letting it set for a few hours after i mixed everything and nuked it again to heat it up to disolve the brown sugar. Ill see what the finished product tastes like and post it.

Well it turned out better than i hoped. All the flavors blend together vety well. 500Ml of 120 proof 5/8 cup of brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg 1 cinnimon stick and top off to 800ml with apple juice or maybe a little more depends on your taste
