We are asked to post:
A little about yourself
• A little about what you want to do, and or what you would like to gain from the site/forum. I REALLY JUST WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE CRAFT
• A little about what still you currently have, or what you are wanting to make/buy AFTER GETTING A WARNING LETTER FROM TTB, I GOT RID OF THE LITTLE 4-LITER "AIR STILL" I HAD PURCHASED ONLINE. I CURRENTLY DO NOT DISTILL.
• Any other additional information you find helpful. I AM HOPING HOME DISTILLATION OF LIMITED QUANTITIES OF SPIRITS BECOMES LEGAL, BUT THE FIGHT BETWEEN HOME DISTILLERS AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT GOES ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE WHISKEY REBELLION OF THE LATE 1700s, SO I'M NOT ALL THAT HOPEFUL...
• Where you are at. You don't have to list exact location, but simply Central US, or Europe, or AU, would be more than enough. Just enough so that folks have an idea on what part of the globe you hail from. EASTERN U.S.A.

Welcome to HD. I believe a still under 1 gallon is legal to own provided it isn't used for alcohol  so your aistill should have been fine, I'm shocked you got the letter. This is a great place to learn. make sure you do all the required reading before making anything.
