I am in the process off putting an internal element into my 5 gallon stock pot boiler. It seems that I have two choices local
that I need help deciding between. I do plan on going bigger down the road so that weighs into the decision.
The first is this one from Lowes that others here seem to be happy with. It fits my needs perfectly except that I don't think
it is a low watt density. Don't want to get into a scorching issue.

The second one from home depot is only 4500w but ultra low watt density and would be great for my current boiler
but maybe a bit small for a future keg.

Looking for opinions on which way to go. Will be running off a 220 30amp circuit and controlled by an Ebay scr. I am limited by length so these are my choices since they are both roughly 10.5 inches long. I did measure them in person.
which heating element?
