In the book "THE HOME DISTILLER'S WORKBOOK" written by Jeff King, he has a recipe listed on page 63 as;
King's Creek Bourbon
1 gal of purified creek water
1 pound cracked corn
1/2 pound wheat grain
1/4 pound rye
1 pound of dry malt extract
After distilling, age in white oak charcoal chips.
That's the recipe without any directions how to brew.
Would someone help with the directions?
