Scorched

So I made my first run last night and it was a 3 gal run and I want to ask if I did things right. I got rid of the first 75ml of heads and every thing was going fine. My temp was holding good around 175f and on my last jar I don't know if I ran it to long and got tails in it or if it scorched on me. If it's scorche'd is the any thing you can do to fix it should I just dump it. Thanks for your help
