noise coming out of condensor

I have never heard this noise come out of the condenser where the product is captured. To me it sounds like you can hear the inside of the boiler. It also appears that there could be air coming out along with the liquid. The video will let you hear the sound. It gets louder as I place the microphone of my phone right up to the output of the condenser.
is this huffing?

I can hear a faint woosh kind of sound, not a puking sound, more like air wooshing, dunno if wooshing is a word
your output looks shaky, not steady, maybe to.much heat. Was it toward the end of the run?.

Whew,,,
I listened to this last night, and I didn't hear anything over the other noises either... but I didn't say anything... Glad to know I wasn't the only one.
Although as googe said, I did notice that your stream was very erratic. Looked like it was being pushed out with force because it seemed like it was spitting or perhaps spraying would be a better word, instead of just a nice gentle stream.

That's one of the way lopein looks.

Or get you a can of ready made biscuit. Cheapest.you ain't
lookin the non stick. Start wrapin fitins. Keep you from shutin. down.
Put your finger over end where it coming out. You got pressure.
pull your finger away slow you hear it suckin.

How fast is you coolant running and how cold is the water? You got a temp gradient?

The background noise is the burner. At 20 seconds it sounds similar but just sounds like I can hear inside the boiler. Also it appears that air is coming through. I've sprayed the joints and no leaks. I'm running a 210 GPH pond pump. My liebig is 24" & 1/2 thick. It knocks down everything I have thrown at it so far. I have to change my 5 gallon coolant reservoir every quart. It makes the noise when the water is cold and when it is hot. On my column I go from a 2 inch reducer to a 1/2" reducer.
Maybe I'm just over thinking.

Now that I think about it. This might of been the cause.
My boiler was way overfilled.
It was a sac run so I figured what the heck and just ran it.

all the answers are above. running too hard and not caring.
also, try putting a small piece of scrubber in the end, where the condensor starts, to ease the air out a bit, to get it to run into something and slow down, but no obstruct flow... if that makes sense. some people use gauze as well...
note that you will be able to hear what's going on in your boiler if you put your ear to it. its an open passage the way through, there's no muffler on it. think of it like open pipes on those big ol' american motorcycles. add a muffler and it'll sound like a honda...

If its huffing its not hard to tell, its going to sound something like a like a steam train or a panting dog. In my experience this usually happens later in a run when the ABV of the wash is lower. You can do thing to help as has already been suggested.
If its making a noise like a gentle breeze in the trees its fine, that's just the noise condensers make when they are happy.

I can't hear anything clearly enough either... Most likely huffing and surging... Your liebig coolant should be warm to hot as it exits the top... Also add a tuft of scrubber in the very end of your liebig... If it's suffering from huffing and surging, which I'm almost positive it is, those two items should resolve the problem... You should then be able to adjust your heat to get a consistent stream...
