What Is Your Recommended Reading List?

Discussing the Fox Fire books got me to wondering - what books are your favorites, the ones that you keep well thumbed copies of and recommend over and over to people to read? Doesn't necessarily have to be about distilling, but should be remotely connected in some way, in other words no science fiction type lists you know.....
