I purchased the rope from hobby lobby
I'm active duty US Navy and the "rope work" you see on the neck is a typical style sailors will use to wrap around handrails on ships. I thought I'd use the same design for my bottles.

If yours are like mine, you'll have a hard time keeping them full. I give mine to friends (good friends) with the caveat that "they're refillable". It seems to keep 'em coming back empty! Imagine that.ltrmoore wrote:Thanks for the replies guys. Should be able to fill em up in a month or so.

If a distiller would use that bottle design they would prob charge an extra $15 or $20 for the bottle. Very nice and as Jed said THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE AND WHAT YOU DO TO MAKE US A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE!

I found this link on youtube that shows how to make this kind of wrap. It's not hard at all, just takes a little patience. Thanks for all the posts and have a fine Navy day!
