New keg build

So I have finally obtained 2 legal kegs and I have read so many threads on keg builds ... My head hurts ! I sell plumbing supplies for a living so that part of things is no problem.It might even make designing my new build more difficult as I have access to anything I want ! I am still fairly new to this hobby so I want to build something with a smaller learning curve. That being said I have been running with a thumper up to this point so I am leaning toward building a two keg pot still with thumper design.However I am also considering a convertable design that would allow me to run with or with out a thumper... I don't think I like the idea of a concentric connection on the thumper based on some comments I read with regard to smearing of the run ( I think my old set up was smearing as well ) Is there an optimal design someone can point me to ?

Just keep modular in mind when building. You will be able to mix match to any set up you like with the help of a few tri-clamps. Pot, boka,thump what ever
