Hi there I've been a amateur distiller for around 13 yrs, but after visiting a few professional companies around the world I would love to learn how to do a more refined product.i started with the usual pre-fab set up with the turbo yeast and the flavour consentrate to now doing whole oats wash, with kaffer lime infused vodka and a nice bush lemon flavour.
I still run a 5 l pot still but am looking at better set ups and bigger scale.
I live on a sugar cane farm so sugar and molasses is not a problem to source.
Anyway I look forward to sharing info and learning more and more from a group of people that have a mutual fasination for distilling.

Good to know we have another New South Welshman here. Those Lime and lemon infusions sound nice and living on a sugar plantation might be great should we have another disaster like the Great Molasses shortage of 2014
