Hydrogen peroxide to accelerate ageing with ultrasound

Ultrasound plus oxygen can reduce ethyl acetate (which give an acetone smell).

I've tried ultrasound alone (using an ultrasonic cap mister, under a mason jar for 24 hours).

I've just added 1/4 tsp of 3% hydrogen peroxide, and it's going back on the cap mister for another 24 hours.

There is a patent for using ultrasound and ozone to accelerate alcohol ageing.

There is also an old patent (1934, but referenced many times) for using hydrogen peroxide speed up the ageing of spirits.
