I'd be interested in hearing how the dimples were made.

Hydro-forming is pretty much done in a production atmosphere so I'm thinking tuf720 made a die of some sort

I believe it was a die press from his mates shop down the road, I'd bet we all wish we had mates like that.

It would look fuckin mean on a copper column as well.

I googled tri clamp manifold and came up with some 1 1/2 but nothing as large as what the OP has.

lucky the plaster in the shed is in need off re doing home now just wateing on the brews to finish and then 1st run tho

Well how did she work for ya. Any problems? How many lph and at what percent? And don't feel bad, your not the first to cut a hole in the ceiling.

been a hold up with the controller so hopeing to do 1st run in 2 or 3 days

well the wash was a little average and i was laying round on how to run it and did ok but should be better but usd this was a clean run
