Pickled Corn
Take cleaned corn on cob and cut into 3 in or so pieces .Place in container .Cover with water that has 1 cup of pickling salt per gallon water.Use stoneware or glass jar filled with water to keep corn covered with brine.Cover with towel to keep critters out .If I'm just doing a gallon I put in fridge if doing a 5 gallon crock I just set it in corner outta the way.Take 2 weeks to a month.
I use a pot still.Sometimes with a thumper
