Sweet Feed with Soybean

I have found Sweet Feed that contains (Dehulled Soybean Meal)
In my search for the right sweet feed I have found in my area of the country there are no longer any mills that produce all grain sweet feed
According to the experts all grain feeds aren't digested by the animals so texturing and all pellet feeds have replaced it.
That said I have found a local feed store that mixes there own it is
(Crimped Oats, Cracked Corn, Dehulled Soybean Meal) In equal parts by weight with molasses added
And thy require a 200lb minimum purchase
Now the question what will the Soybean Meal do to the finished spirit?
I would like to blind my own grain but I have no clue what grains would be best or what ratio to mix at also I have yet to find a good source for Barley other than the stupid high prices at the city brew shops.
Any ideas on this?
Thanks
