Mornin ya'll from the deep South!. Just wanted to introduce myself to all you fine folk.
5th generation still hand, my family is well known in these parts for turnin out fine southern liquor,
but I strictly do it for personal enjoyment now and teaching my yunguns what my daddy taught me.
When i'm a little more comfortable postin, I'll show ya'll a fine Mississippi copper pot and how we do it down here.
Been a long time visitor here on ya'lls fine site, but always been a little nervous about joinin up.
Learnin somethin new everyday here, and hope to be conversin with you all on occasion.

I run a 14 gal all copper pot still, family heirloom, my all time favorite !
and a 3'' Boka Reflux that i just recently built (this one's new technology for me)
