My new mash mixer.

Post by Euphoria »

Well, I suppose, like many others, the one aspect of mixing up a new batch to ferment is the dreaded paddling to get it all stirred up. I took the hint for this from pintoshine's drill setup in his video, and put it on steroids. My new 22 Gallon brew pot, and my adapted concrete-mixing capable mixer mounted to a matching mount, (BN Products.) It sits over a 30,000 BTU Camp Chef propane burner for heating. This mixer has some kinda power! No more ass-busting to mix my corn.

That is a high class example of home distillation.
