Pumpkin Pie infuse hlp needed.

Been trying to make a pumpkin pie infuse for a couple of days. Something is missing in the process that I cant get my tastebuds on.
Simple syrup 1/2 H20-1/2 sugar
Can of pumpkin pie filling (reblended in food processor)
1 tbs pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon (xtra)
Few 1/4 cups of cream. (This just depends on consistency)
Let bubble and work down then added to simple sugar. Reboil for a few minutes and cool.
All I can say is that its missing the crust taste. I tried some vanilla and that didnt work. Tried a vanilla bean instead and that was a waste of bucks. Its driving me friggin nuts,the stuff tastes like a pumpkin pie but its missing something small that elevates this drink from "Yeah pretty good" to "Holy Crap thats a drink!"
And I just finished that sentenance and wondered who will post "When ya gunna make turkey dinner infusion?.lmao

I used a juicer with real pumpkins:

Here is the recipe I used, it was ok but not as good as my apple pie.
Ingredients
2 qt. pumpkin juice
1" ginger root ran through food processor with pumpkin
3/4 cup white sugar
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1-1/2 whole nutmeg cut in half
8 all spice berries
3 cloves
2 vanilla beans
1 liter of 180 proof alcohol
1 cup water added later as it seemed a bit strong.
