I justed started a small batch of UJSM... I was just wondering if anyone knows how much starch/sugar the cracked corn actually adds.

The corn will not add sugar or at least not Anny to count on
it is there for flavor

The corn doesnt produce much alc. but does provide neutrents for fermenting the sugar and gives off alot of good whiskey flavor though.
Its by far the easist way to make whiskey.You can throw some barley or rye in with the corn also and get good results.
