I have made numerous attempts to contact the original publisher. There have been no replies. If there are no objections, I am going to take over production of it.

I am sorry I interpreted it to say
"I would be ____ could / if it continued"

I too questioned its existence a while back....been looking for another edition. I would love to see another edition and one day aspire to be a part of it...Pintoshine--let me know if you need a proof reader.

Tater made a suggestion on another forum that I think I will run with. He suggested "Gentleman's Distilling Quarterly" I am probably going with "Artisan Distillers Quarterly" As soon as I get permission, I already have three articles in mind.
Proof readers are always good because my spell checker can't tell the difference in form an from.
Future topics might invlude "DIY" man I have a photo layout of a bokakob in mind.
How about " the art of glass" can anyone guess what I have in mind here.
I still haven't told about my visit to Celebration distillation and meeting Mike(Elvis) Karnowski and his buddies. I have a fes good pictures.
Would any one like to hear about the Bourbon tastings and dinners I go to once a month at the Bourbon Bistro?
Oh and the greatest slant plate build to date? Huh? Huh? It is all worth publishing for those who are too busy to read all this stuff, such as my friends Joe Huber and Freddy Noe. They are commercial distillers but never have any time. I get to talk to them once in a while.
Uncle Jesse has talked about one of the distilling conventions he was at hosted by Huber Brothers. I missed that one but have not missed one in five other years. And the Bourbon Festival. How many even know it exists?
Moonshiners convention each year in Georgia. There were lots that went but you never got to hear about it.
Needless to say, there is enough stories about modern day happenings and I haven't even started on NZ, somagon( eastern Europe) and all the Oz stuff going on. Whew. It is starting to sound like a person needs to stop and catch their breath.

Wow that sounds great Pinto. I agree I don't think you'll have much trouble trying to find something to wright about. I think the hard part will be trying to narrow it down. What all are you going to include in your first issue?

by the way one thing that might help with the proof reading and editing part is to post your rough draft on here. That way everyone in the forum could help proof read it and see if you left anything out. Then you could just pick and chose what you want to add and what you wdon't. After all if two heads are better then one then a couple of thousand extra would have to be pretty damn good.
