I have about 2500 milliliters of 60% ABV, but when I was distilling all this I didn't take cuts. my question is, can I take my cuts during the Spirit Run?

Absolutely you can. Just be sure you cut your ABV to less than 40% when you do your charge on your boiler for your spirit run.

Sure you can . Strip runs are down , dirty , and as fast as you can with no cuts other than fores . The spirit run is where you refine your product . Cut that strip collection to less than 40% before you do the spirit run .

I understand that, I just thought it might have something to do with taking the cuts easier.

To lessen the likely hood of you blowing your self / others or something up.
