Modular 3" build

Hey y'all, I've decided to go completely modular on my rig with TC fittings throughout. I'm building a 3" ccvm with the ability to add a cap, 3" deph and some bubble plates for versatility. I'll be using lava for packing. My goal here is to figure out my favorite way to produce whiskey and fruit brandys, so I'm thinking with this still I'll be able to run it many different ways and have some fun. Here's what I've got so far...

Propane banjo burner
15.5 bbl unmodified keg
60" of 3" M pipe
2x3" reducer
3x3x3" T
3" cap
3" 90
3"x1 1/2" reducer to liebig
1 1/2" spool 24-36" long, enough to keep my collection jars far away from my burner
1 1/2" to 3/4" reducer to product collection
1/2" csst for RC and PC

Can add later:
4" T's with sight glass and bubble caps
Removable deph to go from cm to ccvm

Planning on cutting the 3" M pipe down to 36" for my column, cutting a 12" section to build a deph with csst and the other 12" for a basic pot head for fast stripping that will accommodate the same liebig. With this design I can go from pot to ccvm to plated cm by swapping some fittings. What y'all think?
