transferring high abv alcohol - electric pump?

What's the best way to transfer high abv alcohol in a controlled manner from one container to another? I age my alcohol in 5 gallon glass carboys and it's not ideal to scoop from them or pour them. Some type of electric pump that could handle 95% abv would be great to remove it from the carboy and fill my individual bottles.
I already have a chugger transfer pump but if possible would like something that I can just dip a hose in and suck up the liquid instead of having to prime as I'm using carboys with no drain spigot. And something smaller with more control
