i run my first Rum yesterday....
First 15l Wash, cutting fores run til 25%, than I but all with fresh 10l Wash back again and made another run.
Cutting fores again, made some heads and hearts cutting and run til 30% again.
Today I did smelling/tasting put my Blend together, and added some JackDaniels SmokeOakchips...bow i have 2.8 liters smelly tasty rum....
I also collected 10l dunder
My recipe was
About 20l water
1,8kg Molasses
2.5 kg Brown Sugarcane Sugar
140g Backerd yeast
Worked perfect
