cleaning old copper? is it worth it?

A friend has offered me about 100 feet of old copper pipe.
Mostly 1/2 inch
About half of it is the soft flexible stuff in half inch.
It's all in various lengths from 2 feet to 8 feet.
But sadly it's been sitting out side in the weather for a few years
The inside is pretty green.

Is it worth trying to clean up ?
What are the best ways to clean the inside of the pipes?

Or should it just be scrapped..
