The hard part, what to mix with?

Had a pile of plums last year, so I made about 5 gallons of wine with that, and then through in some questionable wine for good measure into the boiler. Damn tasty, if different.

Do you add much tails? Kinda tastes like fruity whiskey. Very confusing to my palette.

The all important question. What do you drink with it? Ice? Never had much Schnapps / Brandy so far.
