corny smell

Howdy all.

I tried to pitch lactobacilus germs and
Others from probiotics to my new barley
Soup. Should give a good oily mouthfeel.
But... altought i used something like 20 pils
From 3 different probiotics.. i am not sure
It is active. Theres a bad corny smell that i
Am familiar from wild yeast. Smells rotten.
