Cornballhead......made from T&T Booners

In comparison to Jimbo's Gumballhead, I thought I would make a cornball off the spent grains from my first AG. Holy smokes does it make an easy and very tasty drank.

For those interested, I used booners casual corn in a ten gallon recipe. After pressing the grains, I threw them right back in the fermenter, added 15 gal of water and 25lb of sugar making close to 12% ABV. Plenty of corn flavor and still very smooth.

In my eyes, You could do this with any AG recipe. Easy money and a good drank. Cheers!

Sounds interesting bet would be even better at 8-9% max.

Most guys do this already. Best way to get everything out of the grain. I know I do piggyback on everything.

I'm doing same thing on a beer mash I did today similar as Innis and Gunn.

I'm sure it would. However, i went a few extra points on ABV because I am making this for flavoring, like panty dropper etc etc. In my previous sugar washes it seems as if that bite disappears when you load it full of sugar, as long as you stay under 12. For aging and drankin I am sure that 8-9% would be be best as my AG at 1.065 turned out plumb frickin amaze balls.

Yeah sugar will cover up roughness and bit.
