3D printing

Hi, haven't been on here for some time. Busy with other projects. Coming back to this now, I'm wondering if anyone has looked into 3D printing for still parts - in particular, the possibility of 3d printing a condenser. Some companies are offering to do "prints" in copper, though maybe it is really just a 3d-printed mold, in which case a condenser might not be feasible. Still, has anyone else researched this?
