Condensation on the inside of bottles

I've been seeing condensation on the inside of my jars and bottles. I've only seen this on one or two other comercial liquors. just wondering what it is, and how i get rid of it.
all bottles in the pics are at 40% abv. I've checked via my distillation hydrometer.
