Hello everybody

I'm Alexander from Saint-Petersburg Russia

(not Florida, to be not mixed up :)

I'm distilling newbie interested in classic liquors reproduction, thinking of Sutton's Moonshine and dreaming of homemade Jack Daniels .

Already made some "cold" kodji/enzymes rice/corn mashes and distillations, the first ever distillation was applejack made of apples from my garden.
