What to do with extra neutral?

So I got a little bit ahead of myself and il going to end up with more neutral then il be able to drink for a while.
So I figure it would be a great time to try new things
As I'm sitting here, I'm wondering what you guys/gals would do with a bunch of extra neutral?
It is a birdwatchers that was stripped and then refluxed.
