Picked up 100# Bobs Red Mill Cornmeal today

Cash & Carry, $13 per 25Lbs.
Now to get my other grains, planning on 50 Lbs oats and 25 Lbs Wheat.
Then make about 80 gallons mash.
Got my new digital thermometer coming from Amazon along with a big grout & mortar mixer.
I should be ready to start cooking in a few days!
I am using high & low temp enzymes.
