Bossa Nova

Post by hugotolomei » Wed Jan 11, 2017 10:25 am

The best-known rhythm of Brazilian music originated a first class Cachaça Cocktail. Basically, Bossa nova is a genre of Brazilian music which was popularized in the 1950s and 1960s with charm and natural flair. Because of that, we would love to use a Brazilian distillate Cachaça, of course.

3/4 oz Bartolomeu® Cachaça
1/4 oz apricot brandy
1/4 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
5 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lemon juice

How to make it ? Put Bartolomeu Cachaça, Galliano liqueur, apricot brandy, and juices into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. After that, shake well, and strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice cubes.
Then, garnish with a pineapple fruit flag, serve and enjoy.

Saúde !
