Hi Gang: I was just shuffling come canned goods in the pantry and discovered a lost treasure. 2 Qts of XXX corn with charred apple wood. I guess it was there 2 1/2 years and boy oh boy was it good.
I had to share it with as many peole as I could, even taking a pint to Ireland on a recent business trip. Put the crap they make there to shame. This came out far exceeding my wildest expectations. You gotta use charred apple...BJJB
