I have been reading the forums for a while and finally dicieded to join the community!
I am a chemistry student, so distilling isn't new for me. However, distilling at a bigger scale, and with food is new.
I'm quite impulsive and driven about nearly all the subjects concerning sepperation methods and ingredient behavior in certain circumstances. I am looking forward helping fellow distillers if my knowledge is applicable.
