Mash taste
A question I can't seem to find an answer for. What should a decent corn or wheat mash taste and smell like. I can find a million answers on what they shouldn't taste like and why it happens. My wheat mash has a wine taste and smell to it. My corn mash is very similar but times ten. It's not sour. Keep in mind I have weak taste and smell.
