Howdy from NC!
Just signed up! I am a newbie I dove in today maybe a (little too fast).
My father was a life long wine maker and inspired me.
I have been interested in making Potato Vodka for a couple of years.
The Mrs bought me a kit for Christmas, and I am just finding time now
to begin!

You have chosen an apt name, making vodka from potatoes isn't as easy as it may at first seem.
From the reading Ive done there seems to be more tears than joy involved in most cases.
