Thanks for posting this. I added it to the Wiki. Triticale seems like an interesting grain. Corsair does a Triticale whiskey. I've never had it but it sounds like people like it.

For those that don't know: Triticale is a hybrid of wheat (Triticum) and rye (Secale)
