I use it quite a bit in my flavored spirits. Good stuff.

@still_stirrin - no disrespect meant. But, I don't see a recipe in all the posts you provided. This is the point of my post. I looked and didn't find a recipe.
Im looking for corn syrup, not high fructose corn syrup.. I understand there is a difference.
@Blarney Stoned - what do you mean? you sorta back sweeten your spirits with corn syrup?
@jb-texshine - love pecan pie ! my wife makes those little powdered sugar balls using it as well. yum !
Here is what I went with.
I had a wine kit just finished with primary and tossed the below in on top of what was there after I racked the wine kit off.
6 X 16oz Corn Syrup - https://www.walmart.com/ip/Great-Value- ... z/10315278
8 lbs white sugar
Spring water to make 6 gals / 23 Liters
1 X Lalvin EC-1118
3 teaspoons yeast nutrient
3 teaspoons yeast energizer
Starting gravity was 1.090.. Gravity has dropped to 1.070 and slightly stalled. So i'm guessing there is'nt enough nutrients. Any suggestions? gonna leave it be for a day or so and watch the hydrometer.

Re: Karo Corn Syrup?
I have a belt on the fermenter. Looks like about 78 F.
To my surprise the gravity has dropped to 1.050. So I guess I am ok. Ill keep an eye on it and make sure its dropping daily. maybe toss in more nutrient and energizer as the week goes on.

Sound like you may have a ph issue.. .090 is a high SG start, and the yeast activity generated an acid wash, and the lee of the wine would be acidic to start..
Sugar wash have a tendency to go very acidic within the first 24 hrs..
