Multiple distilling runs question

So I am wondering if I have say 5 gallons of mash but only have a 2-3 gallon still, If I do 2 runs and discard the bad stuff at the beginning of each run. If I did a third run containing only the alcohol from the first two runs would I still get the bad stuff at the beginning of this run ?
