Hello everyone!
I have experimented with home distilling for approximately two years now and have really enjoyed the process. This past year started with a handle full of failures but definitely provide learning opportunities. I have made 6 successful batches with different products for personal enjoyment. I am running a milk can reflux still with an electric element that is controlled by a PID. I started this hobby because I enjoy the process of learning, fabricating, and improving the process. I enjoy electronics, ham radio, tinkering, welding, woodworking and many other hobbies! Looking forward to contributing to the forum.

Welcome, sounds like your other interests go hand in hand with the hobby. My only question is what took you so long to join?
Re: Welcome from Texas
That is actually a good question! I spend most of my day working on cleansing data for corporations and looking at the computer. I typically read the forum at night when I have a few minutes of downtime.

Re: Welcome from Texas
Those distilling failures should be a thing of the past now that you're here. The Tried And True Recipes are pretty much foolproof.
