want something like mellow corn

While i know its not fine bourbon ,I want to produce something with that over the top corn flavor of Mellow Corn from Heaven Hill.My buddies love it. My standard bourbon recipe just won't get there. Does anyone have a suggestion on how they get there? Are we looking at mass quantities of corn , an infusion or what?
