This is my new 15 gallon pot with thumper. Did my cleaning run to test it. Getting ready to do a sacrifice run.

I've done the cleaning and sacrifice run. It works better than I thought it would. Used a sugar wash for sacrifice run. Proofed it to just see how it did. 145 wasn't bad. It's a 15 gallon pot with 4 gallon thumper.
