Why am i only getting 2 gallons on a 12 gallon cook???if all my low wines or 50% 100pf??? 9 gallons of 100pf low wines 3 gallons heads tails..

Depending on what you've made, I get 50-60% back on rum.
Maybe a little too conservative on the cuts???

If you haven't already combined the heads and tails, try letting them air out longer.

because you are doing something distinctly wrong. tell us the whole story.
