Nice place ya got here

Greenhorn here. Been building a "Pot" style keg still with guidance from this site. Lots of good information. I have started making wine from home grown grapes and would eventually like to make a column still so I can recycle the reject batches into a neutral spirit.
My immediate goals are corn whiskey and a scotch style whisky.
Hopefully I'll be doing a cleaning run this weekend on the new still. Thanks for all the help!

Welcome Thumper ...jeez, how'd you get Thumper , shit I would have thought we'd be up to Thumper 57 or something by now
Anyhow , glad you're on board and having fun . A potty might not be the right sill for a neutral , a reflux would be better but a Potty is always great for stripping prior to a reflux run and makes some mighty good Scotch and Whiskey , and Rum so I'm told .

Welcome, also check into using the.pomace left from the grapes for some grappa!
