Hello from the middle of Ontario
Reading and reading. Very eager to set up something to try to craft some rum. Took a tour of a local legit distillery and became absolutely star struck.
just messing with buckets and steel and copper.

Hey Billy, once the stars are in your eyes you'll never see things the same way.
Like your term "CRAFT some rum," too.
Check out Crow's Rum to see what a good rum can consist of. (Of course that recipe can be scaled down.)
