I do apologize for the article being mostly an advertisement for that distillery. Just wanted to highlight the new law which I hadn't heard about until now.

I use separation funnels to harvest and wash yeast/

I'm surprised I never thought of that
Seen people do that with the fast ferment
Probably a little harder to control since its quite a sizable step up
