They're delicious french fried. And they make delicious mashed potatoes too. Baked is good as well. Sweet potatoes are very nutritious and a great compliment to a meal.

Brewing with them....someone else's department.

MCH had some success with em, dug a big hole in the ground and roasted them, I can't recall the ratios but it was somewhere around 50lb worth of em to bottle of booze

I tried a sweet potato whiskey made by Corbin Cash a local farmer/ distiller. Its interesting. They also make an award winning vodka. It might be worth a try if you have a couple hundred pounds of potatoes to process.

A sack of them fell off a truck just outside my shed :D

I've been researching what to do with them and it looks promising.

Keep us updated. When I did some looking into it early this year, it didnt seem bad. Be nice if it would work out since I have a very good supply of free sweet tators.

Just following up on this! Did you try the taters’? What did you decide on? Your results? Just saw a video from a to be unnamed YTer, and saw a vodka production. I would be very interested in the character of a whiskey with them.
