May have finally found a hobby that will keep my spirits up!

Hello all, I'm looking forward to learning and putting things into practice. No longer will I settle for someone else's interpretation of what tastes good. One day, very soon, I hope to begin creating something I can call my own :)

Welcome to the forum , Lots of information here as well as a tremendous amount of distilling knowledge .
